Now days online scams are seen everywhere : facebook, youtube, tiktok e.t.c., online scammers are promising different sorts of gifts and valuable expensive items, also some good deals coupon to the victims or targeted consumers/users. Scammers offer heavy discounts, fake job opportunities (attractive salary) or even sure-shot prize to trick you and from this lead they try to steal your personal information and money.
You must be cautious by verifying the source of that offer, deals or product they are trying to gift you or sell on discounted price. Don't forget to check sender's mail address, website url extensions or social media account (official handle). If the offer is not fake, then real companies will never ask for your sensitive information like passwords or payments upfront for a job or prize. Always be extra aware of messages that makes you feel like rush/urgent, like “limited time only” or “act now,” mostly these type of messages/text are used by online scammers to scam you (so that you will act quickly without even thinking / verifying source).
If you feel like something is wrong or extra shocking / surprising, then always try to check / verify repeatedly. These fake offers . . . today or tomorrow, you will encounter it . . . you should not fall for it. Always stay alert.
